Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

You should receive your package within 10 to 14 business days, depending on where you live. If you live in a remote area, delivery may take longer.

Of course, there may be delays that we have no control over. If your order hasn't arrived as expected, please let us know.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we only ship within Australia. This is mainly due to the high costs of shipping and the tax requirements in other countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Clothing

Clothing orders up to $149.99 are capped at $13.50. There are no shipping costs for clothing orders over $150.00.

Mugs

Shipping for one mug is $10.95. Two or more mugs will incur a flat rate $15.95.

Mugs are made and shipped separately from our clothing range. If your order contains both clothing and mugs, separate shipping charges will apply and your items may arrive in different parcels.

Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order?

Each of our products are prepared and printed on an individual basis. Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our print provider. Order can't be changed once placed.

What's your return/exchange policy?

We will exchange or refund if the item you receive is not the item you ordered (eg incorrect color or print), or if the item is damaged when you receive it. You need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your item.

We do not offer exchange or refund if you change your mind about your order.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email hello@patchedctopieces.com.au (or use our contact form). You will need to provide photos of the damaged item, including both the back and front of the packaging.

Products

How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a link to the size chart for that product. Please check this carefully before ordering. Each clothing product has a manufacturing tolerance listed on the size chart. We recommend ordering the next size up if you are in doubt.

The easiest way to get the right fit is to measure a garment you already own and are comfortable in then compare it to the appropriate size chart.

NOTE: Sizes can and do differ between brands. Please check the size chart for each product before ordering.

What materials are your products made from?

Our t-shirts and long sleeve tees are made from 100% ring-spun cotton. Sweatshirts and hoodies include polyester. The materials for each product are listed in the Product Features.

Will the print fade after washing?

As with the print on all clothing products, it will fade over time. Follow the care instructions on your items carefully to maintain the images for as long as possible.

Print-on-Demand specifics

Why does my order come in multiple packages?

Our products are printed individually after your order is finalized. We use a variety of printers to fulfil our orders and they have multiple locations. Occasionally, they may need to send items within your order to different printers. This usually only happens if an item you have ordered is out of stock at one location or a particular item is only printed in one location (eg mugs may not be printed at the same location as t-shirts).

Your postage costs do not change if items are shipped from different locations.

How are your products made / who makes them?

We use Comfort Colors, AS Colours and Gildan to provide most of our clothing products. All three are committed to ensuring ethical and sustainable production practices.
