International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.

Clothing Shipping

T-shirts, hoodies and other clothing items are shipped separately from mugs.

Shipping charges for clothing are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

All clothing orders totalling up to $149.99 incur a standard shipping cost of $13.50.

We offer free shipping on clothing orders over $150.00.

Mug Shipping

Mugs are produced and shipped separately from our clothing range.

Mug shipping within Australia is:

1 mug: $10.95
2 or more mugs: $15.95

Because mugs are fulfilled separately, orders containing both clothing and mugs will incur a clothing shipping charge and a separate mug shipping charge.

Your clothing and mug orders will arrive in separate parcels and may arrive on different days.

Mixed Orders

If you order clothing and mugs together, each product group will be fulfilled separately. This means:

you may receive more than one parcel
parcels may arrive on different days
separate shipping charges may apply

We keep our shipping rates as close as possible to the actual cost of delivery and absorb part of the shipping cost on some orders where possible.

Order Processing

Domestic orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after an order is placed. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Delivery Times

All Patched to Pieces products are made to order. Production time is separate from delivery time.

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, domestic delivery typically takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location, and may take longer if you are in a remote area.

NOTE: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please allow additional time during peak periods such as Christmas, public holidays and major sales events.
